We stayed for 6 nights. The hotel is conveniently located on the north west of Yokohama station. Very easy to find. Many eateries nearby and there is a pharmacy right next to the building. Our room was spacious despite fitted with 3 beds. The toilet is separated from the bathroom and you can enjoy a hot bath as the shower area is outside of the bath tub!
My children loved the seafood chain restaurant called Isomaru suisan close to the hotel, they totally enjoyed the fresh clams dishes there. Traveling to Tokyo districts were also easy from the Yokohama station.

The rooms are clean. A bit tight for 3 person but it was ok for us. The pillow and mattress are very comfortable. The hotel room provides clean filtered tap water and very generous with their free amenities at the lobby, which is a plus point!
I also like the separated toilet from the bathroom, it’s easy when you hv 3 persons in the room. Location is superb and lots shopping outlets and eateries nearby and very quiet despite it is located close to the railway station. I will use this hotel again next round!

Picked this hotel mainly because it’s near the live venue (Yokohama Arena) and there’s limousine bus service( you have to book or buy the ticket at the airport separately). Hotel is located between arena and shin Yokohama station, pretty convenient and lots of restaurants/eateries nearby.

I had to go to the Yokohama arena, and the hotel location is perfect to go there.
The hotel is very well located for the train station and Yokohama arena. There are lots of shops and restaurants within close walking distance and a convenience store on site. The rooms have a useful fridge and kettle.
Great sized room and big closet space. Bed was very comfortable as well. Free breakfast is included in the price. There is also a public bath available on L2 but it gets crowded easily. good location close by to Shin Yokohama station and also Yokohama arena. It is in a night life area so there are alot of places to eat and drink nearby. Laundry is available and detergent is also provided.
