We were lucky enough to have the family suite with sauna and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and we loved the complimentary drinks downstairs, which was much appreciated in the early September heat. The best thing was that it was located within minutes of a bus stop and walking distance to Gion, Sannenzaka and Ninezaka and were always able to find a place to eat nearby.

Great location. On the keihan main line which we used for all of our sightseeing. Close to the river great for a morning run. Such a beautiful room. Lots of space. Had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful with a couple of tricky requests.

The room was very comfortable and modern with a large bathroom. It was 1 minute walk to the subway and walk to restaurants. The foyer area had a lounge with complementary coffee and tea. Perfect location.
