Location in Umeda is amazing. There is lots to find very nearby and access to Umeda Station is easy for getting around Osaka and day trips to Kyoto. Room was bigger than expected, and amenities were nice.
We really enjoyed staying at this nice hotel. Good location, no more than 10-min walk to Osaka/Umeda station, and there is also another metro station which is closer to the hotel. The room may seem a little bit outdated but everything inside the room is very clean and well-maintained. Services are very kind as well. Overall, there is enough evidence to show that staffs definitely did great job in operating this over 30-year-old hotel.

They were able to hold luggage down stairs. Lockers were good sized, but slim.
This hotel was great for a couple of nights. Very clean, staff were very nice, and the breakfast was actually pretty good for the price. The location was also very good and close to Umeda Station and a huge underground mall, Whitey.
The hotel is in the middle of Umeda which is a very dynamic area and definitely my favourite neighborhood in Osaka, friendly staff, close to Osaka-Umeda Station which was a facility for me because i’ve had one day trips to other cities during my stay
I really loved the privacy and how close it was to multiple train stations. We were very happy that it was in a quiet area but a close trip to many attractions including Universal Studios, Osaka Castle and Namba. Also a short train ride to the Osaka-Umeda stations if we wanted to go outside Osaka. The apartment itself had everything we needed. If we felt like eating breakfast in, cutlery and dishes were provided. If eating in the area, there was plenty of options that surprised us just by wandering around.
Great location! 10 min walk from Osaka station but 5 min walk from Hankyu Osaka Umeda Station (Chayamachi exit). I love the short walk as it gets away from the busy streets. Many eateries around the area.
As it is so near to the stations, it is so convenient to travel from and to the airport, and to other parts out of Osaka city.
Room is small but it is clean and has all you will need.
Location is close to Umeda station and street with many restaurants. Room is ok Japanese size, that means without having luggage it is perfect but with luggage can be challenging, for us was fine since we carry only hand luggage. They offer breakfast but we didn't take it considering 7 eleven is 50m away :) for anyone that plans to take day trips from Osaka this hotel is perfect
The apartment was clean and spacious. It was nice to have a washing machine and the ability to dry clothes in the heated shower. The location is excellent, close to 3 train stations. It is 1 train from Osaka station to Universal Studios and Shin-Osaka station, 1 train to Kyoto and Dontonburi from Umeda station and 1 train to Osaka Castle from Nakazakichō Station. Lots of konbinis, restaurants and shopping nearby.
