Staff were welcoming and friendly, able to give recommendations of where to go and what to do, and even provided a local map. The room itself served its purpose perfectly, and amenities were good.

Clean modern hotel. Staff good, room was comfortable, but not large. Nice public bath. Breakfast decent with a good range of food on offer. A short walk to Nippori station, which gave access to the rest of Tokyo. Good value

Our stay at the KOKO hotel was absolutely fantastic. The cleanliness and overall quality of the hotel were top-notch. What really impressed me was the fact that the room had its own kitchenette and a washing machine. It was so convenient to be able to prepare my own meals and do our laundry right in the comfort of my room.
The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Their helpful attitude really added to the overall positive experience.
Well situated in the centre of Tokyo, Asakusa Tobu Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking.

Amazing location! Friendly staff, very helpful with being discreet upon check-in when they realised the hello kitty room I'd booked was a surprise for my child :) Plus they hold your luggage when you arrive and leave, good system set up.
The detail in the Hello Kitty room we booked was amazing and a really special treat for the last hotel we stayed at on our Japan trip. They even provide a special welcome pack for booking the room, it was lovely.
