Clean, good amount of space for 2 in the twin room. Small but great spa/bath. TV and vending machines were modern and nice. Staff was very patient and accommodating and always at counter. Baggage hold available but no lockers. Food options are available all around about 5 to 10 min walk. Also less than an hour walk to Hikone castle. About 40 minutes.
