All the staff without exception were so helpful. I arrived a day late as my flight was cancelled at the last minute which meant I checked in on my birthday. The staff at reception & in the restaurants all recognised this & made what might have been a disappointing start to the holiday so special.

We were blown away by the views! I highly recommend booking the Garden View rooms here. We spent over an hour spotting all the famous landmarks in Tokyo, and with the help of our camera's zoom lens, we managed to see them clearly. Tokyo Skytree, Tokyo Dome, Tokyo Station, Tokyo Tower, the entire Shibuya and Shinjuku areas, and more – you can even see the Landmark Tower in Yokohama from the room! Everything else, from cleanliness to service and breakfast, was top-notch. It’s a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it.

The property was really cosy and cute. The bed was super comfortable. There was a huge pullout sofa and a double bed. We slept 4.
The bathroom has a little bath for the kids. Shower pressure so good. Had shampoo and conditioner and body wash. There is a washing machine they supply powder. The bathroom converts into a dryer room. There is a wardrobe that’s opens up which was great to keep suitcases in. You can also unpack your clothes and leave suitcases out of the room safely.

The owner is very friendly and willing to assist you personally. Bathroom was separate but private and spacious, even with bath tub! It was very relaxing to take a bath with bath aroma pack you can grab from reception, especially after days with long walks.
