The village has not much to offer so we really enjoyed that there was a full shared kitchen and like dining area. We went to local convenience store and stocked up on supplies and had a fantastic self cooked dinner with drinks. The kitchen really made our stay so much better. Room size was big and there is a nice bathtub with view of sea (if you open the window). The bedding was really comfortable and we had a good nights rest. Host lady and family very friendly and there are two washing machines/dryers too.

Fantastic dinner and breakfast buffet style. Food quality was exceptional and very wide in variety. Loved the onsen and the resort-like feel of the accommodation. Lots off freebies such as ice lollies after the onsen, drinks/sweets/snacks at a common relaxation area. Loved the spaciousness of the resort. And the staff were all so accommodating and springing up to extend help from the start, when we drove in and to the end.

It is clean, everyone is really lovely, the food is excellent, especially the sashimi, so fresh. I love the “classic” look of the hotel. It is a little bit like stepping back in time and enjoying the elegance and comfort of a slower world

Central location to visit shiretoko national park. The buffet breakfast and dinner are awesome and temptation is just to eat in the hotel. The public Onsen was top notch!
Amazing place to stay right besides Shiretoko national park. Exceptional hospitality, delicious food that was different every day (we stayed 2 nights), and wonderful onsen facilities. Would love to come back and stay again. Also gorgeous sunset views from the windows!

This is the such a homely guesthouse with the most welcoming and lovely host! The location is perfect with amazing viewing spots for sunrise and sunset less than a 10min walk away. It’s always nice and warm so if you’re there in winter it’s great to pop back and defrost after exploring. The smells from the café walking in are absolutely delicious and the food is wholesome and tasty. It’s a fantastic base for exploring Shiretoko National park, I’ll absolutely be coming back to see this magical place in every season!
Because there were three of us (my wife and I and our adult daughter) we chose the separate unit that has its own living space and kitchen and two separate bedrooms. Given a lot of Japanese accommodation can be quite cramped for space, this was a palace! Assuming you have a car, the location is away from the crowds but close enough to town to be convenient, and very handy to the Shiretoko National Park.

The hotel has a very convenient bus stop 1min walk away to go to Shiretoko National Park, so you don't have to walk 30' to the Shary Bus Station.
This is a lovely hotel with beautiful clean rooms, comfy beds and lots of tastefully furnished lounge areas. There was an exceptional buffet breakfast which helped fuel us for hiking at Shiretoko National Park.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, and used translation apps where there were any English language gaps. The onsen area was very big and relaxing.
The area around the hotel made for a lovely evening stroll, and it was also a walk to the main strip and beaches.
The hotel is located at the gateway to Shiretoko National Park, so is super convenient. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding buffets in both quality and variety. Our room was large and very comfortable with a beautiful view over the harbor and the Sea of Okhotsk. We highly recommend this hotel.
