The hotel is best described as hip in a cozy way. The staff are super friendly and the lobby/cafe/restaurant area is nicely decorated with a good menu of food. My fiancee and I didn't have breakfast there, but we had wine in the lobby one night where the options available were nice as was the ambiance. The room in the hotel is plenty comfortable, and we had a nice window view of the Kyu-Yodo river and Nakanoshima island. We found the washer and dryer on site to also be helpful. Overall, we thought the room was also good value for money.

Clean and huge space, and super convenient short flat walk to the Shin Osaka station with a 24 hr Lawson on the way! Have stayed at many hotels in Japan over the years and really can't beat the size for cost, it's so nice to have a small studio sized apartment as a hotel, and super convenient to have a clothes washer in your room!
I am traveling with my family. This hotel is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the food is simple but delicious and the hotel staff is smiling and friendly. Near with shin osaka station, walk about 10 minute.
We enjoyed the uniqueness of the tatami mat flooring at the hotel - it is a fun touch for a vacation (for Westerners). The buffet breakfast is quite good. You can add days as you want them at the hotel. I did not use the spa but my husband did and really enjoyed it. This location is very convenient to Dotonbori, although it is a little difficult to get to from Shin Osaka station. Great location for a day trip to Nara, as the Kintetsu line is right down the street!
Very near train station HigashiMikuni on Midosuji Line exit 4. You can also walk for 9 minutes from hotel to Shin Osaka Station.

Location was excellent! The entrance to the hotel is located inside the shin Osaka station, and there are signs you can follow to find it. You can also look for the McDonald’s sign because the hotel is right across from it, and it’s located on the 3rd floor.
Excellent location just 4min walk from the Shin Osaka station. Friendly staff that accommodated our every need swiftly and promptly. Nice reception area with a wide array of amenities. A bit more storage space than other hotels we stayed at in Japan. Overall best hotel we stayed at while traveling around Japan.
Located next to the Shin Osaka station and multiple restaurants, public transport and food are very convenient. Staff is English proficient and hotel processes are easy.
