The staff were polite, efficient and understood some English for tourists. The hotel was clean and organised. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom was great. It was good value for money. Close to the Osenbashi Cruise Port which was perfect for Cruisers.

EVERYTHING!!! We had a king sized room on floor 11, the room was very spacious and the view was incredible for the price we paid too! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, no issues with the little Japanese that we could speak. Dining at the hotel was also exceptional, and the provided carpark across the street was also a real treat with our stay. The location was also fantastic being just up the road from Yokohama Chinatown and various attractions.

A great location! Yokohama Royal Park Hotel is located directly above Yokohama Landmark Plaza, which connects to many other shopping centres and metro stations (e.g. Sakuragicho Station), making it a great starting point to explore other parts of Yokohama. Our room was spacious and had a stunning view of Yokohama, and the staff were super helpful, especially during checkout when we were struggling with our luggage.
Located near Sakuragicho Station accessible through an overhead bridge from the station and is at close proximity to the Bay/Red Brick Warehouse. A much lovelier location than anywhere near the main station. I loved the view from the hotel balcony, the fact that it had a kitchen, washer dryer and a separate shower in the bathroom.
The hotel has very good location close to Sakuragicho station. It is ideal especially if you want a quiet area and still stay very central. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around. The room was spacious, very clean and had a separate area with a working desk. It is a great hotel where you can rest and sleep without surrounding noise. They also have a restaurant where they serve great coffee and sweets. I would choose this hotel any time again when in Yokohama.
The property was a simple but clean and reasonable modern budines hotel. The building looked and felt new. The room was small but that is very normal for similar hotels in Japan. Clean bathroom. - Our room is very stylish and cozy, and has enough space for us to open up both our big suitcases at the same time.
- Convenient location: The hotel is only a short walk away from Sakuragicho station and Bashamichi station. Even though we had heavy suitcases, the walk was OK.

Hotel is in at an excellent location. Just one minute walk from Sakuragicho station. Many restaurants, shopping malls, super market and many extractions are just couple of minutes by walking distance. Rooms are very spacious and very clean.
I have taken a city view room. I can see Mt. Fuji from my room window and it is fascinating. In clear sky we can enjoy the beauty of Mr. Fuji.
I liked that the breakfast was a brunch, from 6:30-13. The food was excellent.Very good location at waterfront, close to many attractions, lively area. Easy to check-in and check-out. Located next to Sakuragicho station, we were pleasantly surprised how quiet the room was with no discernible train noise. Check-in was easy with staff on hand to help. The room was comfortable and very clean in this newer hotel. The hotel is an excellent base from which to explore the local area or further afield using the excellent train network.
Our room was a bay view room so the view was great, hotel is within walking distance of Sakuragicho station. Plenty of food choices, cafes and supermarket nearby and we can walk to many tourist spots within 15-20mins.
The hotel is very conveniently located near the waterfront in Yokohama. The Bashamichi Station exit 3 is only a few metres away. It is a very pleasant walk to the Sakuragichō Station (assuming no luggage) / Landmark building and also the Red Brick warehouse. It is a short taxi ride to the Osanbashi Cruise terminal.
The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.
