Fantastic ski in ski out location.
Staff very helpful, and more and more speak English.
High standard of room amenities available to select in the foyer - body lotion, face masks etc.
First time staying on a lower floor not in “comfort room 5F” and it was totally fine.
Great views from the picture window out over the snow.

Breakfast was fine and can be organised on arrival. Handy for through travel and well staffed.
Lovely Ryoken, incredibly clean and well looked after, beautiful traditional room! The couple here are such a joy and clearly take a lot of pride in their work, they even drove us to see the snow monkeys! 10/15minute walk from the station if needed but doable and they also gave us a lift when we had our bags. Also very easy to catch the bus to Ryuoo ski park.
Dinner is a must!! Also the onsen is the most magical thing after a long day in the snow
The staffs are super helpful and friendly. They took initiatives to help out. They even drove me to the snow monkey park, Ryuoo ski park and Yudanaka station. I really appreciate for all their help :)
In addition, breakfast and dinner are delicious. The room is spacious. Bathroom and shower room is separated. Really enjoyed the outdoor hot spring. Everything is excellent and exceed my expectations. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.
