My husband and I stayed at Numazu Club Oct 2 - 3. We really enjoyed our stay in all respects. The architecture of the hotel and the hotel garden grounds were absolutely beautiful. The garden was a traditional Japanese garden perfect for taking a stroll. We also really enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant itself is located inside a historical Japanese tea house which being able to eat within was an experience onto itself. Also the food at the restaurant was a fusion of Japanese and Szechuan cuisine, which brought out the best of both cuisines. Finally, a shout out to the staff, especially general manager Imai-san, who really went out of their way to make our stay welcoming. Imai-san showed us a hidden path to the Senbonhama beach for awesome views of the ocean and Mt Fuji. Also after dinner our waiter kindly gave us a tour of the traditional Japanese tea house that the restaurant sits in. On a last note, our room was also really great. We stayed in a western style room on the second floor. The room was spacious and design was a mix of Japanese and western style with a large balcony overlooking the hotel grounds. Also the room itself was very well maintained and contained a full set of qualities amenities.

We loved staying here. Staff were helpful - we got a discount coupon for the restaurants next door.
The rooms were large and clean. The amenities were good. And you can get additional amenities at the lobby. Close to the bus stops and train station. You can take the bus to the port and sea aquarium. And you can rent bicycles nearby. There is a convenience store next to the property. Breakfast was nice with a lot of Japanese food. We had a big family so we got the connecting rooms which is very good for big families. Compared to the big city the rooms were big.

I really wanted to extend my stay here and I would have if my itinerary allowed. I loved the window nook (if you get the Mount Fuji view, that would make a perfect reading spot). The rooftop bath is spectacular and you can check how crowded it is from the TV so you don't waste time going up and finding out it's packed.
Located to the right of the train exit. There's a Tully's coffee below and a couple of eateries including a pretty good unagi restaurant next door. Getting to Mishima Skywalk was a breeze via the bus.

Very near train station. But the North & south exits are not linked. Hotel Shuttle bus to & from train stations' South exit. Toyota car rental is just 5minutes walk away. Near the Rakujuen park. Very comfortable hotel in a very comfortable town.
