Very friendly and accommodative staff, not only did they allow us to have both types of breakfast/dinner (stayed for 2 nights), which was utterly delicious and filling, but was also very accommodating in my requests as we were there for our honeymoon. Super neat and tidy accommodation with stunning views of Lake Ashi just a couple of minutes walk away and the start of the trail just outside, the private onsen was wonderful too and would highly recommend.
Overall an incredible experience as it was our first time staying in a ryokan and were both very grateful to the staff for making our stay that much more special.
