The room is spacious. The location is well appointed, close to Omicho market and the bus stop is just at the front of the hotel! The staff are prompt and friendly.
A lovely Ryokan hotel with a spacious room which was almost like a suite. Great location within walking distance of Kanazawa's park and castle and also the Omicho market. Good traditional breakfast. Although we hadn't expected parking, we were allowed to park in one of 2 spaces which the hotel has access to.
The hotel was close both to Omicho Market and Kanazawa Station.
The building itself it's pretty charming and the room was pretty big for japanese standards. Also, it's a true 4 stars hotel, providing the amenities you would expect from that level (and even more).
Last but not least, the staff: every person working there made us feel welcomed and pampered, even beyond the (high) japanese standards.
I like these Tokyu STAY hotels. We stayed in one in Tokyo and we plan to stay in their Osaka location too. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the beds are very comfortable. The washing machine in the room was a bonus.
In Kanazawa, the hotel is perfectly located. Three stops on the bus from the station and a hop, skip and a jump to the Oyama shrine and Omicho market. Plenty of eateries around too.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and my stay very comfortable. Hotel is some 15 minutes walk from train station, just near Omicho market. Short walk away are also Kanazawa Castle park and Kenrokuen garden.
One of my favourite hotels of the trip, the Mitsui Garden Hotel was situated in close proximity to Omicho market and only a quick bus ride to Kanazawa Station and Kenrokuen Garden. Great Japanese bathing facilities and a lovely room. Would definitely stay again next time I travel to Kanazawa.
The room was beautiful and quite big especially for Japan. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Aircon was quiet. Bathroom was also quite nice. I also love the convenience of the luggage locker room being self acessible with unique locking codes. This hotel is also right across the road from omicho market.
The hotel is a traditional Japanse hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

An ultra modern hotel, well situated for the castle and Omicho market. We had the Japanese style rooms which was a great experience. The rooms were quite basic and there are different levels to navigate which might be an issue for some people but this was I think mainly due to the style of room that we chose.
The aesthetics of the hotel is quintessentially Japanese. The room was really comfortable and quite sizeable for Japan. The location is also fantastic, being directly opposite the Omicho Market, super close to many great neighborhood restaurants, and a brief walk to the castle.
