Jinya was so cosy and larger than expected. There was only 2 of us but they had 3 beds plus a pull out couch. It was a little Oasis after coming from hectic Tokyo. Wish we had stayed another night here.

The view of mount fuji in the morning was magnificent. Enjoyed breakfast outside the dome, it was wonderful. Facilities are very new and well equipped. The walk between Oishi park and the hotel was not as far as we thought, so we went to the park in the morning when it was not crowded.
The accommodations are well-maintained and fully furnished, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are conveniently located near Oishi Park and several convenience stores (Family Mart and 7-Eleven). I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
The location of this Villa is absolutely first class. We had the top villa with views of Fuji-san from our bedroom. It was just amazing. The reception and staff were so friendly and kind. The drip coffee was tasty! The views of Oishi Park were totally beautiful. Everything about this place is just amazing. We loved every bit of it.
MOUNT FUJI VIEW FROM THE HOUSE, I HAVE SMALL KID, ITS PLEASANT THAT MY KID CAN RUN AND PLAY WITHOUT DISTURBING THE CUSTOMER NEXT DOOR BECAUSE ITS AN INDIVIDUAL HOUSE. THE HOUSE IS NEW AND VERY CLEAN, IT IS ONLY 5 MINUTES WALK TO THE OISHI PARK. THE HOUSE IS SOO PERFECT 100%!!!!
Loved my stay here. Manager-san is extremely kind and helpful. The room was bigger than i had expected for 1 person stay. Futon cover was super thick and fluffy. Location was fantastic— just 2 min walk to the bridge with a stunning view. Across the road from Kawaguchiko Herb Museum bus stop with all the sightseeing lines. 5 min walk to Lawson. A beautiful 40 min stroll around the lake to Oishi Park.
Most importantly, i am OBSESSED with the traditional style windows. ❤️

The house is very clean, has a lot of room, just with my family, near Fuji, Oishi park , Yuri is helping me. Because I forgot the car rental documents. She contacted the car rental company. To make me feel comfortable and continue my journey.
Excellent location near Oishi park. Very friendly, English-speaking, and helpful staff. The hotel is well designed. I stayed in a private room and everything was very good. They even served basic meals, which were very welcome in rural Japan where everything closes at 6pm.
The facility was very clean, the staff was kind, and the food was amazing. The staff especially went above and beyond helping me find the parking lot as well as carrying my bags! They also explained everything about our room very well. The location is perfect as it is a short drive to Oishi Park and FujiQ. It was especially nice that the facility had free parking. Overall, I can't wait to stay again!
Excellent location. Sightseeing information were provided via whatsapp including the drone show for the 10th anniversary of the World Heritage Site at Oishi Park.
