Great property , comfortable, clean excellent facilities. View of Mt Fuji and awesome staff who were polite kind and do anything to help. Quiet location but 2 metro stops from busy Shinjuku and meters from 2 JR line and Keio stations very easy to get around Tokyo. Will recommend to anyone wanting a great property I. Easy location. Again staff were wonderful.

The staff were amazing. Efficient, helpful and friendly.
The hotel is in a very convenient location for first time visitors. Personally, Dotonbori wasn't my highlight and nearby Kuromon market seems really touristy, but it's nice you can walk to all these places. With Namba and Nippombashi station so nearby you have perfect train and metro connections to get anywhere.
Staff was nice and there's great coffee for free in the lobby.
I was a little worried about noise due to the location, but it was really quiet at night and no trouble at all.

The location was good, quite close to Dotonbori, and Namba and Nippombashi station. Lots of food options in the area. The room is also very large and is well equipped and clean. 10/10 would recommend this apartment.
I didn't try the breakfast but the location is great! Just down the road from a couple of convenience stores and the laundromat too. The hotel is very cloes to Kuromon Market as well which has lots of food options, and not too far of a walk from Nippombashi station.
Great place. It is near to Nippombashi station, Kuromon Market, Namba Sky and Namba parks. Also, near to Dotonbori area. There is 7/11 and Family Mart near to our accomodation.
The room is equiped of microwave, ref, tv and washing machine. Plus free wifi.
The property was a short walk from Shinsekai, and one train stop to Nippombashi Station. Basic amenities were available, and there was a fair amount of space in the tatami-floored room. The self check in procedure was simple, and the property was quick to respond to any inquires I sent. We were also able to keep our luggage at the property after check-out while we explored Osaka.
Room at fourth floor was exceptionally quiet considering the busy Dotonbori street was right outside. Size of the room was decent for a family of four. Hotel provides free coffee, hot chocolate from a machine at the lobby. The room has feet massage machines. Water pressure from the shower was fantastic. Heated toilet seat and bidet were awesome. Kids love the bath tub. So much food options all around. Family Mart just opposite the hotel. Within walking distance to both Namba and Nippombashi stations so public transport options are good.
