Great place tucked away from the main street in the Kita ward.
Very easy to find and close to all amenities, such as ATM, subway and shops. The room itself would be on the larger scale for Japanese hotel accommodation. Quite modern style rooms with nice finishes to the shower and bathrooms.
The location is also nice and quiet.

The executive lounge was well appointed and had a great view. It doesn’t really have lounge quality food or drinks. The bathrooms are small as are the executive rooms. Book a basic room for best value.

We left our luggage with the staff in the morning and came back at 7PM to check-in. To our pleasant surprise, they had already placed our luggage in the room for us and a hotel staff even gave us a short room tour.
The view from level 27 was lovely, it is a very clear view with no obstructions as this hotel is the tallest building in the area.
The fridge is large but is full of chargeable drinks, I asked the staff to remove the drinks from the fridge as we wanted to use entire fridge for our own food/drinks, and the staff kindly accommodated this request. Would recommend doing this as the drinks really took up basically the entire fridge.
They provide a USB plug in the wall next to each bed and next to the desk, so we got by without needing any travel adapters.
There are 2 armchairs and 2 dining chairs, and 2 tables. Plenty of space to sit and eat.
Featuring an acupuncture salon, 4 dining options and spacious rooms with city views, the Westin Osaka is just 5 minutes from Osaka Station on the free shuttle.
