The staff were lovely and check- in was easy.
The room had very comfortable beds and was a good size for Japan. It definitely exceeding our expectations. The price was so reasonable we booked an extra night so we could relax before we had to catch our flight the next evening.
It is in a great location so close to Sannomiya station to catch the Portliner and pick up the Kobe to Kansai airport bay shuttle. This was a great way to get to the airport and was much cheaper than catching a train or bus.
Plenty of places to shop and eat close by.

Great location!!! only 3 minutes walk from JR Nada station, if you hold a JR pass then MAYA would be your perfect choice! Also the staff here are so friendly and helpful! They offered a map of restaurant guide, which is wonderful! Had a really nice and chill stay at MAYA, would definitely visit again!
The location is very close to the Nada station, which is convenient to get to other main stations in Kobe. The single room is spacious for one, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I joined their local food tour. It was really nice to learn about the neighbourhood around and get to interact with the shop owners. Highly recommended!
