Location is very convenient - close to trains, supermarket, restaurants, shopping and convenience store. Room was comfortable but lacked a room safe. Love the water kettle and refrigerator in the room. Did not get to have breakfast at the hotel, preferred to get something at the combini or grocery store.

it’s a good location and has everything you would need. the staff was very kind. It is older and worn but it’s still cleaned up well and tolerable. I got a deodorizer for the smoke scent and it was fine. Overall would come back next time i’m in japan for a long term stay
