Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient, just above Mitsuyoshi mall and beside Okaido alley. Many restaurants to choose from around the hotel. It’s within walking distance to Matsuyama Castle. The breakfast was really delicious with great presentation.

I liked everything about this hotel. The level of service and friendliness of staff impressed me the most but everything else was also top-notch. Breakfast was delicious Japanese fare (I think they also offer American-style but I didn't partake), the room was very comfortable and the location was good for me and my plans. Yeah, I reckon I'll stay here on my next visit to Matsuyama.

Room was small but beautifully appointed. Great air con! Had a nice view to Matsuyama Castle which was a real treat. The location of this hotel is excellent. Breakfast was delicious and the staff at breakfast were just lovely. I would happily recommend this lovely hotel to others.

Very central location. The ropeway to Matsuyama castle is just around the corner and Dogo Onsen can be easily reached by taking the tram which stops almost right in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was a comfortable size. We had a great view over the city.
Perfect location for shopping, eating and sightseeing - Okaido to the south, Starbucks to the east, a pleasant short walk to Matsuyama castle to the north and the Saka no Ue no Kumo Museum right beside it. Streetcar stops are right in front of the hotel - also convenient to reach the train station and Dogo Onsen. Room is small but comfy, I had a really nice view of the castle hill. Love the super express kiosk check-out.
The location of the hotel is just amazing. Right next to Okaido station and a beautiful shopping street, full of shops and restaurants. The ropeway to Matsuyama castle is also a short walk away.
The hotel is stylish, the staff were really helpful and the ofuro is a nice bonus.
The Hotel located at a very convenient place. You can easy to access to Matsuyama JR Station to go to the Airport, or take a taxi to the Airport, to walk go to the Mall shop, walk to the Matsuyama Castle, and the Hotel is right next to the night-bus stop.
Also, you can see the ground -train which I think is the unique train in Japan just in front of the hotel.
The location is nice, tram stations and Matsuyama castle in walk access. You can find a lot of restaurants with local food around the hotel.
The room was clean. Also there is everyday cleaning. On the 3rd floor you can find vending and washing machines. Staff also helped us with a reservation for ferry tickets, because we don't really speak japanese, and gave us a printed map, which was nice.
location is perfect, downstairs to the main dori/shopping district. walking distance to Matsuyama castle etc.
hotel is quite model with nice Japanese deco. free ramen after 9:30 and free ice cream during onsen open time, as the tradition for dormy inns
cleanliness and facilities are flawless too.
buffet breakfast (in Japanese style) offers great local famous food and drinks (mican/orange juice). we enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Mastuyama!
