Really like ALA Hotel Kyoto, room is really clean, spacious room and comfortable. Love that they provided free laundry and dryer and allocated area for Women and Men separately. Only need to purchase ¥50 detergent from counter. Onsen is so good and very clean. So comfortable after a long day walk in Kyoto to be able to soak in Onsen. The most comfortable hotel I have stayed in Kyoto. Location is good as it’s near Kyoto Station.

The room was surprisingly spacious with a separate entry way, toilet, wet room (shower), sink and bedroom. Spotlessly clean, bright and modern design with tatami flooring in the bedroom. Room had decent views over the city, could see Kyoto Tower.
We stayed in a twin room as it was bigger than the double for the same size and we were able to move the 2x single beds together.

This hotel in Kyoto had a great location! It was very convenient to explore the city, with key attractions (very close to Kyoto Tower). The transportation and restaurants are just a short walk away. While the accommodations were simple, the fantastic localization made my stay worthwhile.
The Kyoto Tower Hotel Annex is a modern and stylish hotel with a sense of class, comfortable bed and a good size room for value. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety. Location was excellent with a short walk to Kyoto main station and many local convenience stores nearby.
The location was excellent. Just across the station and with Kyoto tower as landmark, it was easy to find although there are a lot of exits. The staff was helpful and efficient to arrange for us the luggage delivery. We had the quad room which was really spacious. Only shortfall was the shortfall in breakfast coupons given to us. There was even discount rate to Kyoto tower for hotel guests.
I loved the location of the hotel, opposite the Kyoto Station and a walking distance from Nidec Kyoto Tower and Lawson (most important for me!!). The staff were friendly, rooms were clean, and overall, I had a very good experience staying here. Can't think of a better hotel than this due to the convenience it provides.
Oh mine, this place is amazing! The atmosphere, the design and the position are perfect. So near to Kyoto station and Kyoto Tower but not on a too crowded road. You can walk to some temples from this place and you can take buses or train to reach the other places you would like to visit.
We really enjoy the room and the staff and if we will come back to Kyoto we will book a room here for sure!
Hotel location is near train station, bus stop and restaurants. It is walking distance to the Kyoto station, Kyoto Tower and Higashi Hongan-ji Temple. Hotel room is clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and attentive to our request.
