The hotel room is big. The staff is friendly and tried to accomodate those of us who couldn't speak Japanese. The housekeeping does a good job with cleaning. We have stayed here 3 times now and it's an okay hotel.

We liked how Japanese are very friendly and go out of there way to help you. The food was always presented well and fresh.
Seemed to be very safe walking anywhere. Many restaurants /Cafes/SuperMarkets . endless amount of convenience stores called Lawson where you can access International ATM. Hotels range between budget and high end to suit your pocket.
