The location was perfect, close to Namba, a direct line to Nara close by and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the wifi was strong. Facilities such as bottle refilling stations, the residents’ canteen area where you could make your own breakfast with free coffee and a smoking room made this a great place to stay in Osaka. The staff were pleasant and helpful, it was immaculately clean and I can’t think of one flaw. Top notch!!
