Our stay was exceptional, the hotel is absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated.
The location is perfect, close to the train station in the centre of Kinosaki and great location to visit all of the onsen.
Our favourite hotel during our stay in Japan, wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

it is always nice to have a place that is literally always open, even if it is just the door. you could enter and exit any moment. much complimentary stuff to make your life as easy as possible, as an onsen town should be.

This Ryokan was located off the main strip but was an easy 5-minute stroll to the town centre. The room was spacious and we loved the private breakfast room that we had both mornings (even though we didn't really love the traditional Japanese breakfast, we enjoyed the experience, if that makes sense). We enjoyed using the baths (I can't compare them to other bath houses as we only used these ones). Little touches such as the foot massage machines and 24/7 coffee/hot chocolate machine were a bonus. Staff were very friendly. I would stay here again.
