The room sizes felt above the standard for Japanese hotels. The room as well as the bathroom had plenty of space to put your luggage and the beds were super comfortable as well. Bus stops were only a 1 minute walk away, so getting around Kanazawa was a breeze as well. On top of that, Kanazawa castle was only a 10-15 minute walk away, with the Obama Shire along its route, so the location was ideal!
Amazing hotel close to everything. Service was great, rooms were big, beds were comfortable. Loved sitting in the lounge area reading and enjoying the complimentary snacks and drinks that were available throughout the day. 10 mins walk from Kenrokuen and Kanazawa castle. The Onsen was a nice bonus and very relaxing. Some really amazing restaurants in the area. Would definitely come back and stay again.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpfu. l The room comes with all the standard amenities (we had a Japanese style room). The hotel is quiet at night. The cost of the hotel may seem a little steep but the value can be gained by using the really nice hot spring baths (no private baths).
The hotel is well-located near Omicho Market and Kanazawa Castle, making it very convenient for sightseeing. There’s a nice onsen at the top floor, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean overall, although communication in English can sometimes be challenging, as it’s not always easy to understand.
The apartmant location is great, it is within walking distance to Kanazawa Castle and Kenroku-en, and approx 25 minutes walk to Kanazawa station. The beds were comfy and having a small kitchen was convinient. I had to make several changes during my stay, and they were always very helpful to accomodate my requests. Even though at the check-in reception, which is located in a hotel, they do not speak English, it was easy to overcome by using a translation app.
Relatively large room, compared to many hotel rooms in Japan. The room is clean and quiet. The staff is helpful and helped us to forward our luggage to the next hotel at the end of our stay. Hotel is located very near Omicho Seafood Market and is within walking distance to the train station as well as to Kanazawa Castle Park and Kenrokuen Garden.
