The breakfasts were excellent. The location was convenient to Yokohama station. The rooms were clean, and the hotel staff was courteous. I would stay there again if in the Yokohama area.
Walking distance thru the chika walkway from Yokohama station. This location proved amazing when there was torrential downpours, you took a quick walk underground and popped up at exit 11 near the entrance of the hotel.
I loved how the rooms were a bit roomier than most Japan hotels. This hotel was about a 8-10 min walk to Shin-yokohama Station with lots of local convenient stores and restraunts near-bye to choose from.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has a grear location, just a 3-minute walk from Yokohama Station, made it quite convenient for exploring the city. The surrounding area has a variety of restaurants and shops, adding to the overall experience. The facilities were very clean, and the staff were super friendly and available at all times. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Japan.
Conveniently close to Yokohama station, you literally can just walk through the station to the hotel elevators. Rooms were clean and love that they did a "green pass" type of thing where they gave you a 500 yen certificate per day that you didn't need maid service. Several restaurant choices inside the hotel and in the surrounding area so we never went hungry.
This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many hotels all over Japan. The location next to Shin-Yokohama Station really can't be beat. A block away was a free bus to go to Ikea which I totally enjoyed. There was also a lot of really good places to eat within seconds of the hotel. The staff was great and I would consider the room I had to to be massive compared to the size of most hotels I stay at in Japan.
I loved my stay at Hotel Unizo! It was just a short 5 min walk from Yokohama station with plenty of things to do, eat, and see around the area of the hotel as well. I don’t speak any Japanese, but the staff was so kind and did their best to help me understand all the hotels procedures. My room was good and clean and the air conditioning worked nicely. I had everything I needed during my stay and will definitely consider staying here again if I am ever in Yokohama!
This property allows dogs which is very unusual in Japan. We were in the process of relocating to UK and needed somewhere to stay for 5 nights after moving out of our house. Apartment is good size and has everything you need. 5 mins walk to Yokohama station - bit longer on way back as up the hill! Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. There is coin parking under the block.
