The location was right in the heart of China Town… so much food to choose from. The onsen was just beautiful, especially the outdoor area with a sky view. Free massage chairs and coffee. Breakfast gives you a chance to try many Japanese foods. A great experience.

Located only 5min walk from Motomachi station the hotel is easy to access. Friendly staff minded our luggage as we arrived before check-in. Rooms larger than most Japanese hotels. Unit bathroom with extra wide bath for larger bodies. Comfortable beds. Close to CENTRE GAI. Great value.. Will stay again
Everything in the hotel was great, welcoming reception, everything clean, well organized, fully equipped room (a bit small but I chose the smallest one) and the hot sprint on the top floor is superb. Location is very convenient close to Motomachi station with plenty of shops / restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again!
Beautifully appointed with impeccable service from very attentive staff. In a very pretty location in Kobe with easy walking distance to Sannomiya and JR Motomachi station. Kobe City loop bus stop a block away for sightseeing. Room very spacious with all comfort needs.
Spacious room for a family of 2 adults and a 7yo. A triple-sharing room had a decent extra bed that was not a sofa bed. The room was clean and bath amenities were generously provided. Location was great as it was within walking distance to Motomachi station and Harborland. Parking was also affordable at ¥1000/day for guests. Service staff were always warm and helpful. Overall a lovely stay at a reputable hotel.
The hotel is close to china town and shopping area. can walk around comfortably Walking distance from Sannomiya Station or Motomachi Station. The room may be suitable for 1 person and the hotel has a hot spring on the top floor. and a washing machine is provided.
Spacious room for being in a Japanese city. Excellent location, only 500 m from Sannomiya station, and roughly 200 m from Motomachi station. The breakfast was excellent as well, very good and varied. If anything, I would wish for more vegetarian dishes. The public bath at the top floor was also lovely. I liked that the reception and restaurant was at the top floors, it made for great views during breakfast.
The hostel is a good value for money. It is conveniently located (6 minutes walk from Motomachi Station), and in a quiet street.
It seems to cater mainly for young travellers.
The toilet and bathroom areas are warm, clean and well equipped. The rooms are clean and everything is in good condition.
