I like the bigger than usual size of the room, the cleanliness and that we were able to checkin in the wee hours of the morning. Excellent for a family with young kids.

Staff did everything they could to help, I can't recommend them enough. The location is great, only a few minutes walk from Keikyu Kamata station which has direct trains to Haneda, Shinagawa (for the Yamanote line) and Yokohama, among others. It's also a 10 minute walk from JR Kamata station which is also an option, and there's restaurants and shops around JR Kamata station.
