The hotel was very new, with nice onsen facilities that were not crowded. We really enjoyed the multi-course dinner that was centered around Saga Beef, it was creative and delicious.. Service was generally friendly. The hotel also gave us free beverages in the mini fridge which was nice.

Very warm reception and almost immediate response to all communications. We loved the bath water which leaves your skin feeling so soft and smooth. Parking was right outside our room. Breakfast (cold, hard boiled egg, salad, toast with margarine / jam, hot cup of coffee) arrived on the dot delivered to our room as arranged when we first checked in.. There was a microwave and mini fridge making it so convenient especially given how cold the weather was when we were there on 28 and 29 Dec 2024.
