Location is right in the heart of Osaka, Very walkable and right amongst it all. Staff was very friendly and accommodating Concierge arranged a private car for us all ( 5 adults and 10 suitcases) to drive to Kyoto as Typhoon #10 was heading our way and trains had many cancellations. We left a necklace in shower and staff kindly sent it to a friend of ours in Tokyo. Tables Cafe did did not open until 11am which was disappointing. We used Luggage service from hotel in Tokyo to Cross hotel and it arrived in great time. We didn't hear any noise from construction on the main road. Fridge in room, no mini bar of any description Nice toiletries available in Lobby. Huge Don Quijote across the street, you are right in the heart of Dotonbori district
