The entrance to the station was literally on the left side of the entrance to the hotel.
They were super helpful and even assisted us with forwarding our luggage the previous day to the hotel in Tokyo, and it was there at the other hotel already when we arrived.

Our room was larger with 1 1/2 bathrooms, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is very close to the JR Namba Station and OCAT bus station. The underground Namba walk and a large supermarket is right below.
