loved the delicious dinners and the Japanese breakfast! We stayed two nights and the dinners and breakfast were different both days. The books were great as well as the Onsen on the balcony of our room. Everything was very calming and beautiful. Nice to have free coffee and snacks throughout the day. Despite the rainy day we enjoyed our stay and it was very relaxing. It was a bit of a trek to get there, but that was part of the adventure and we enjoyed that as well!

Extremely helpful and polite and courteous staff. Gorgeous views over the wooded valley and only 10 minutes walk from nearest bus stop with buses 4 to 5 times an hour. Really delicious French cuisine with Japanese accents. Very spacious apartment and wonderful hot spring onsen with tree canopy view to enjoy. Highly recommended

The View of Mt. Fuji from our room was Magnificent. This is our 2nd time of stay and Will definitely come back. Also, It’s near to Gotemba Premium outlet. Just 1.3km.
The hotel offers a good breakfast and ramen for supper. There is yogurt drink available in the morning outside the onsen area and a variety of ice cream for the rest of the time. The location of the hotel was a 5 min drive from Gotemba premium outlet . There are ample car park lots for those who drive.
The room the amazing view of Mount Fuji, amazing onsen, 5-minutes walk to the bus stop where we board the free shuttle bus to Gotemba Premium Outlet and also take bus to Tokyo.
Close walk to Gotemba premium outlets (which is why we stayed here). Comfortable room. We were able to put our daughter in her portacot in the entrance way of the room which closed off to the main room! Great restaurant, staff & amenities. only 30 mins clear view of Mt Fuji from our mountain view room but it was worth it!
