The customer service was top-notch. Yuki, at the front desk, was especially very accommodative and friendly helping to sort out any queries that we had as well as her other colleagues at the front desk. The location is excellent located next to the Nagasaki JR train station, bus station, tram which can get you to any part of Nagasaki. The Amu Plaza shopping mall is also in very close proximity. The view from my hotel room overlooking the sea side was very ambient. My best part of the hotel stay was the hot bath and sauna that were very well maintained, demure and relaxing. Thanks Hilton Nagasaki for a lovely stay!

It was lovely, a lot of variety. They had several Japanese dishes and it was nice to eat a filling breakfast. Since I loved to walk, the location was ideal. I walked 20 minutes to Glover garden, there was a mall right across from the hotel and main Chinatown street was 5 minutes away. Airport limousine bus terminal was also 5 minutes walk which made it convenient to get to the airport.
The room was modern and the bathroom and shower were very good, bed comfortable and it was great to use the washing machine. The coffee shop in the lobby made good coffee. Location was a bit out but it was a nice walk in to the harbour area and not far from Glover Gardens which was wonderful to go to. The bus stop and street car stop is very close by and easy to get to JR station with using that. Staff were friendly and tried to help despite the language barrier, not much English is spoken.
A very nice hotel. It is only 27 years old, but the style is 1930s, and done very well. It is very convenient for the excellent Glover Garden and you can get a one day pass/tram pass at reception. We had a very pleasant meal in the restaurant for £25 pp.
For a budget hotel I like everything about this place, and the room is also rather spacious. I particularly like the fact that the name reflects one thing, namely that it was close to a very nice shrine (the Suwa shrine), and it is not difficult to reach good places of interest on foot (I walked all the way to Glover garden area).
The staff ever exceptional, so courteous and kind. The location was sensational for Glover Gardens and this side of town, this is exactly what I was after. My room on the 7th floor looked out onto Glover Street/gardens and the view was unforgettable. Everything you want for a hotel and that bit more. Extra special, will definitely go again.
The hotel's prime location near Dejima, the seaport, and the train station makes it an ideal base for exploring key attractions such as Glover Garden, Uragami Cathedral, and Chinatown for dining options. The staff was amiable, although I didn't have the chance to utilize any facilities during my stay due to my packed itinerary from sunrise to sunset. Nevertheless, the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, leaving me eager to return for my next visit.
The location is perfect for our trip. Peace Park, Glover garden, Chinatown are within a few mins drive and the Nagasaki station and restaurants/shopping are within walking distance. The room is spacious and comfortable.
Great hotel in a good location. 10 minutes walk from Nagasaki train station and a further 15/20 minutes walk to the Chinatown/Dejima area. Close to tram station for going further afield (e.g. Atomic Bomb Museum/Peace Park/Oura/Glover Garden) . Free tasty coffee in reception in the morning.
Fantastic spa, massage area and reading room on the top floor not to be missed.
We didn't try the free night time food but this is available.
