Staff was very friendly and helpful - they took all our luggage from our car up to our room. They already had a room prepared for us upon arrival so they were able to pull our name from their sheet and get us set up right away at the front desk.
The facilities were very modern and nice, and super clean. We really enjoyed the lobby, the onsen and our room. The room was fairly spacious as well.

The room was large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We had a great view of MtFuji from the garden behind our room...an even better view from the viewing platform. I think that the views are better than the hotel suggests in its promotional material.
Useful facilities included a microwave oven in the room, and a guest laundry. Frozen meals can be bought from a vending machine. Restaurants close VERY early in Kawaguchiko, so the microwave allows 'fine dining' from Lawson or 7eleven. If you are too late.
Nearby Zoo restaurant is a good option.

Property is a walk away from Fuji Chureito Pagoda. We drove a car so it was pretty convenient to get to places like Fuji-Q Highland and Fujiyama Onsen. The property was extremely clean, well-maintained and very homely.

Amazing view of the Mount Fuji!! Beds are comfortable, breakfast was a good spread. Really nice to be able to go to Fujiyama Onsen free of charge. Just next to Fuji Q Highland which we got day passes at discounted rates.
