Breakfast was great.
We spent too much time looking for remm hotel . We flew from Vancouver Canada to Kansai airport. We were very tired after long flight. It was difficult to find remm hotel after we got off the train even though we have stayed there before.

The Staff are very polite and provide excellent service- even if you don’t speak japanese. 😁
Very very close to the east exit of the shin-osaka train terminal.
Very clean and efficient use of space inside the rooms.
Deep tub (for japanese style bathing -not for tall people)
Very good and very hot water in tub/shower.
Laundry room is good for single loads/ each but had 5 washer & 5 dryers stacked.
Room TV displays the public bath occupancy level which is very handy.
I recommend the breakfast at their restaurant- good selection AND quality.
