Started off beautifully with the warm welcome, helpful and kind staff. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were super comfortable. Beautiful hotel and close to everything. I am definitely coming back next time.

Truly have nothing bad to say about my stay! Place was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Location is great with bus stops right in front of the hotel going both directions. WiFi was fast and stable.

Location was great! Close to the station, walkable to the aquarium and Enoshima island. Lots of food options and convenience stores nearby.
Bath/shower was clean and comfortable. Plenty of storage space for suitcases and clothing. Location was easy to find.
This hotel was close to JR Fujisawa Station, so it was a very convenient place for an overnight stay. Staff were professional and made checking in swift, they would probably be very helpful to foreigners checking in. But, I spoke in Japanese the whole trip, so I could only speculate. Thanks to its convenient location, I was able to stage an early morning Enoshima visit because the transit access was just across the street.
The staff is very friendly and breakfast was delicious. The ryokan is traditional style so you can enjoy the traditional Japanese atmosphere.

Amazing location, beautiful large windows and private bath option. The rooms are massive and excellent for the price. If you’re traveling on a budget in Kamakura / Enoshima this hotel can’t be beat.
The staff was so kind and helpful. They showed us to our room and around the facilities. The onsens were amazing- some of the best I've been to in Japan. Breakfast was great- so much food and such a great variety. They kept our bags during the day after we checked out while we explored. Would definitely recommend staying here. Easy to find, easy to access all of the activities on Enoshima Island.
Nice and comfortable room, closed to the bridge connected with the Enoshima Island. Nice service and staff, easy to find it. There's TV with Japanese programs that I can watch to learn Japanese. There're restaurants, convenient stores closed to the hotel.
Very close to the train station, so if you want to visit Kamakura or Enoshima, this is a good place to stay. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Free coffee all day long. Room is in good size. Very helpful front desk stuffs.
Excellent location, close to Enoshima island, the beach, and the train station. Comfortable beds, clean apartment, rooftop terrace. Easy to check in and responsive communication. Allowed us to drop our bags off before check-in.
We had a BIG room only for us, typical japanese tatami style, with shower and bathroom.
The little courtyard is beautiful and cozy, you can eat/drink/rest outside as there are some little tables. The parking is very convenient. The location is perfect, not far from Enoshima beach or Kamakura but not in the middle of the crowd.
