Beautiful location and surroundings. Huge room, free upgrade. Free drinks including alcohol. Facilities were exceptional, we had 2 hot tubs in our room!

The breakfast was the best thing of the hotel. Traditional Japanese style, and was different every morning. The room was big, especially for Japanese standard, with 3 single beds and space to move around and put all of our luggage.

Please drive car or stay nearby walking distance hotel. As connected beaches, please reserve 1/2 day at least to swim or play there. Don’t thing one day can visit 5 site seeing points in the north, Nago, Motobu…. at least 2 days or 3 days, not too rush, especially if you bring elderly family members or children.

The location and access to Emerald beach and convenience if bus service from the hotel. And view from the room as well as lobby were great ...also a comfy size room. staff is helpful, though language is a bit of a challenge.
Alright, so I liked the location with a toddler however it's far from everything else. If you've got a car, that's no biggy.
It's really close to the aquarium and Emerald beach indeed, which is convenient. Even though they indicate they dont have baby beds, they do and if not available they can give you a safety net to prevent falling off the bed.
Nice location with restaurants around and Emerald beach not far (by car).
Clean and spacious room. Confortable bed. The tatami space was convenient with a baby. The kitchen is convenient too but you should bring your own plates, pans etc, or buy in Daiso not far from the hotel, or you can rent from the hotel.
Pretty quiet room (depends on the neighbors).

The place was spotless! I've never been to a cleaner place. I felt very at home, comfortable, and I appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere. Great location to visit the aquarium and Emerald beach. Would definitely stay again!
The apparently it self is just a great place to be. It is a big villa with beautiful view to sunset. Great jacuzzi and top interior. The only missing was maybe a coffee maschine and toaster. Nevertheless we loved to be there. We had a car but it is also close to public transportation, aquarium an beaches. Unfortunately our emerald beach was close for some days because of turtles. So we had to go by car to sesoko beach which is also a great beach.
The hotel is in a great location, close to Emerald Beach, aquarium, botanical gardens, 24hr convenience store just next door, Starbucks and restaurants just down the road, the hotel itself is a bit old but the rooms are big
Close to the aquarium and Emerald beach, 15mins walk from the nearest food options (restaurants & combini). The apartment is quiet and plenty of car park spaces.
The shower is nice and has a bath tub. Towel and toothbrush provided. There's also a washing machine and the hangers can be found in the wardrobe to hang outdoors.
