Great hotel located within half hour walk of the central train station, gardens, Gion district and shopping areas. We were able to leave the car and walk out everywhere. Staff very welcoming and friendly and with very good English.

The hotel was welcoming and staff were very supportive when we needed anything. The room was a nice size, very clean and close to transit for day excursions. The neighbourhood was safe and quiet, and within walking distance to shopping districts and restaurants.

This was our second stay at the hotel and we again loved every second of it. Friendly staff, great location, modern facilities, amazing Japanese shower, nice lobby with free snacks and coffee. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.
