Great location on top of the Sounkyo. Short walk to the ropeway. We booked a room with private bath. There is 3 onsen (2 with outdoor baths). Staff was friendly and approachable.

One of the best guesthouses I have stayed in so far.
I loved the very cozy and spacious common space, lovely staff members, very comfortable beds, lots of beautiful hikes nearby...
There's also a room you can 'book' to have a quiet place to be alone.
I recommend to have dinner at the guesthouse, it was delicious.
