The location is convenient to find good food, not too crowd but not too remote. Convenient store is just across the street. There's also supermarket and inside the building walking street with food. We can walk around with minimum wet from the rain.

The location (3min from Chiba station) is really great, especially with heavy luggages it’s very convenient. You also have restaurant and kombini at literally 1min from the hotel’s doors.

I did not expect that the hotel is big. Staffs are very accommodating. The place is near the Chiba station. The room is big and very comfortable. We had a great stay in this hotel.
Location was great, especially if you plan to take Keisei line as it’s just a few steps away from the hotel. But if you need to take JR line or CUM, you have to walk to Chiba station, which is about 5-8 mins away. Not bad but we had 2 luggage’s and a stroller, I would have transferred to Chibachuo station instead if I redo it.
Very clean room as well. They also provide bottled water and replenish it. They also replenished the supplies, like toothbrush, etc.
The breakfast was very tasty and good. There was sufficient variety for the price. I liked the unobtrusive service of the attending staff. On top of that the location tops it all. The airport limousine bus stops just in front of the hotel. The hotel is also just next to a mall and a stone throw away from Sogo and a shopping and food street. The mall’s building also houses the JR Chiba station and a mono-rail station. I really can’t ask for more.
