We liked nothing about the property. It was the worst ever stay of our life in a hotel of the same level. We could not sleep during our two nights stay due to totally ineffective and under capacity Room AC. Only one person was available to talk with about a problem and he too, without having any capability or authority to resolve the issue. They charged us full despite allotting a downgraded room for the first night. Most of the essential facilities mentioned in the booking e.g.refrigerator, microwave oven were not available in the room for the first night. Noise from inside and outside the hotel made our stay more uncomfortable and sleepless nights due to noise coupled with the AC problems.
