If I could give this hotel 11/10 I would. The owner and receptionist were wonderfully welcoming, even by Jordanian standards and couldn't do enough to make my too short stay pleasant. Dinner was excellent and copious and they organised an excellent early breakfast for me as well. The hotel is very conveniently located for the sites in Madaba and was quiet. The room is spacious and very clean, the shower pressure good and the aircon/heating worked well. The hotel is clearly decorated with love and run by a lovely family - I would recommend it unreservedly.

I type this review while having a wonderful breakfast with my family. A fabulous hotel in the heart of Madaba. The rooms are modern with all amenities. Safe private parking. The staff went over and beyond from carrying luggage, to bar service, morning coffee, breakfast which taste 1000% better than what you eat on your stay at hotel at US. All sightseeing is walking distance from hotel. This is better than 5 star hotels in US. Again thanks for your wonderful hospitality!!!

The staff was very kind & accommodating. We had booked one large room for our family of five & as it was undergoing renovation, they gave us two rooms for the same price, one of them very large with four twin beds & the other with one large bed adjacent. They arranged our pickups from the border & to the airport (for extra of course) & packed us a small breakfast as we were leaving before breakfast was served. Thank you Safa & Rami for everything. Good location with parking spot, easy to walk to the main historic sites,can reach all in 30 minutes . Lots of restaurants and liquor shores near around. Get a very nice welcome and feels so comfortable in the lobby. The room is clean and tidy and well maintained which is very important for us.
