Beautiful hotel . Upgrade was offered , after some inconvenience of the booked room. Room is big and nice .Staff is very nice and wants to help always. Francesca at restaurant breakfast is an extraordinary professional : each time she wants to help so that my breakfast is nice and pleasant , going extra mile each time, so glad she is there to help .
