The accommodation is in a nice, quiet place for vacation.
At this time of year, I was able to find good parking, the property, is a few minutes walk from lago di Lecco.. idyllic place to linger.
The room "VIANDANTE" is small but very nice.
It's very clean, modern, and a great bed, at least the way I like it, hard! Every detail was taken care of.
My dog was allowed, which I was very happy about, as it is often not common.
At the Restaurant Alberti,
I was able to enjoy a tasty meal, the service, was very attentive and friendly.
Roberto, the administrator, is very attentive, friendly, and takes care of my concerns without any problem.
I will definitely come back, I really like it.

This hotel is all about the view. Sitting outside overlooking the lake with drinks and nibbles at sunset is just breathtaking. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy - again overlooking the lake.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Varenna. The room was excellent—spacious, clean, and equipped with a washing machine, which is especially convenient for long trips like us when you need to do some laundry. The breakfast was good, and the lady at reception was very kind and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the trail walk down the hill to Varenna town, where I discovered an amazing restaurant. Walking back up trail to the hotel after dinner was an unforgettable experience

location one of the best, very tired hotel, was clean but for the $$$ there is not much luxury compared to other places we have stayed, heating when not cold was also an issue and the answer was its October, yes I understand its October but the weather wasn't cold so had to sleep with doors open to cool down.

The grounds and views are exquisite and there is a lovely place to stop for coffee or cold drinks, sandwiches, etc. midway on your walk There are a few areas that are challenging to those with mobility issues but most are accessible for walking. Do not miss it!

Renata and Antonio were wonderful hosts, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Breakfast each morning was great! The room was spacious and very clean. 5 minutes walking distance from Varenna train station and 10 minutes walk to villa monastero and the main town and only a 2 minute walk to the ferry port. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
Location of the property and the view were incredible. The train station and the ferry boat terminal was only 5 Minutes walk. There is a small grocery shop close to the property. A lot of restaurants, souvenir shops and villas( Villa Cipressi
and Villa Monastero)are few minutes walk. The apartment was clean and the owner was waiting for us to hand over the key. You can see the lake from the balcony.

Perfect location for / walking distance to Villa Monastero, some little swim spots, the train station, ferry port, food and the lake itself. Huge bonus to have breakfast vouchers and back drop off included. Couldn't recommend more!
Very nice house with periodic features, fantastic views, location is close to botanical gardens ( Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi) and Castle of Vezio. Stefano is an excellent host ready to help. I would love to go back and stay there again.

Roberto the host is extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help us with transport and shopping. This truly made a huge difference to us. The apartment is comfortable, clean and has an exceptional view from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and shower room large with hair dryer and washing machine if you need one. Boat trip to local villages definitely recommended and a stroll around Villa Monastero.
Perfect location in Varenna. Near the beach and lots of amazing restaurants and cafes in the area. A 10 min walk from Villa Monastero and a 1 min walk from the beach. The bathroom was amazing and the room has everything you need which was really good.
