We loved the location of the property, it was close to markets, restaurants, shopping and the marina area. Our host/hostess were wonderful with several recommendations for restaurants and shopping. Sylvia coordinated our transportation to and from the airport, as well. They also offered a fantastic breakfast.

Very quaint hotel in the center of old Palermo. The staff was exceptional. They had a map prepared for us upon arrival showing us the sights to see & places to eat (especially the gelotto shops) as well as their personal touch on must see areas. The breakfasts were more than filling & an excellent way to start your day.

저희가 갔을때 오픈한지 3일째였어요. 후기가 없어서 걱정했는데 호텔이 사진그대로이고 방도 넓고 화장실도 크고 너무 좋았습니다. 수영장과 스파할 수 있는 공간이 있고 헬스장도 있었습니다. 저희가 거의 첫 손님이라 아직 어수선 한 것 이 있었지만 주인분께서 따뜻하게 환대해주셔서 좋았어요. 조식도 풍성하게 나오고 웰컴푸드와 드링크도 주셨어요.

This is supposed to be the third largest theatre in EU after...
This is supposed to be the third largest theatre in EU after Paris and Vienna....I have been in both and none are as dirty and bad maintained as Teatro Massimo...where you can see the humidity in the ceilings, the fabric on the coaches at the presidential booth all dirty with spill spots, walls with the paint falling apart, unreal if you don't see it by yourself. The theatre has one single floor level, so I was happy to pay for the tour and not for a performance as if someone toller than you seats in-front of you guess what you will see...exactly his head and shoulders...nothing more. The outside is nicer than inside.

Not worth the money and misleading. We paid 10 Euros each for a English speaking guided tour for half an hour. What we got was
1. The guided tour was actually an Italian and English tour, in other words, the tour was only fifteen minutes English speaking people.
2. The main theatre hall (the main attraction of the Theatre) was being used for a meeting. We could only take a few photos at the back of the hall while the meeting was going on.

The apartment had the best location, just a few steps away from the Palermo Cathedral, shopping , restaurants, and the iconic Vucciria. It was also a walking distance to the Teatro Massimo.
The apartment was immaculate, and the sheets and towels smelled so fresh and clean! Most of all, Virginia was very helpful, a very gracious and kind host.
We will recommend this property to our family and friends.
It is located in a very convenient area directly above via Maqueda, which is a busy street of walking people with restaurants, cafes, and gift shops. Teatro Massimo, Palermo Cathedral, and Quattro Canti only minutes away.
Our host, Elisa, was always in contact and very informative.
The apartment is functional, the kitchen is equipped to cook, 2 televisions and good wifi internet. You have all the start-up amenities to get you going, soap, etc
Clean, nice, little apartment. Located just next to Capo market and walking distance to the Cathedral, Teatro Massimo etc. Mirko and Luisa were very nice and full of good advice. There is also a nice terrace upstairs.
The room and bathroom was very spacious and well lit. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect. It's across from the Teatro Politeama and a couple blocks from Teatro Massimo therfore you're within walking distance for many great restaurants and the Capo Mercato.
This beautiful apartment is located in a completely renovated building that once belonged to a marchese. High ceilings, two small balconies, an enormous common room with a pullout couch and a large bedroom. Beds were great. Everything spotless. The location is halfway between the Norman Palace and the Teatro Massimo in the old part of Palermo. The street is quiet. We slept soundly with the windows open, but there is also AC. The owner, Domenico, can also drive you to the airport.
Hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to Teatro Massimo. Although it is above a lively street, the balcony doors are completely soundproof. There is a long staircase, so not suitable for someone who cannot manage stairs. The owners are the sweetest people who made us feel like they were taking good care of us, even though they do not speak any English. One note - we really appreciated the beautiful soft towels!! Highly recommend this hotel, great value!
Amazing apartment in the very heart of Palermo! Everything of importance (Quattro Canti, Vucciria, Mercato Ballaro, Via Maqueda, Teatro Massimo...) and worth seeing is just minutes away walking. The apartment itself is spacious, impeccably clean and easy to check-in/check-out. The host greeted us, explained everything in a couple of minutes and was of huge help when we forgot something in the apartment. When we return to Palermo in autumn this place will definetely be our first choice!
This apartment has everything you need also for a longer stay. We have been traveling with a small child, they not only provided a cot but also a high chair and a baby bathtub. Some of the main attractions (Mercato del Capo, Teatro Massimo) are nearby, others are further away, so if you like to walk as we do, this is the right place for you. The neighborhood is quiet and safe at night. All in all good value for money
The location of the apartment was good. It was a 5 minute walk to the Teatro Massimo, where I would pick up the FREE shuttle that has many stops around town. Great communication with the host.
