"This hotel was the worst experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, where we had booked two rooms, we realized that we had entered the wrong departure date, so we wanted to resolve this with the hotel manager. Booking.com informed us that it depends on the hotel, which was fully booked. Despite explaining that I needed to rebook another hotel in Berlin and change flights due to the emergency hospitalization of my 89-year-old mother, the hotel manager was not accommodating. He even blocked our room cards after we mentioned that we would need to vacate one room in just two days.
This hotel completely ruined our impression of Rome. Hotel Adlon in Berlin had no problem with it."

Beautiful
Beautiful
Bering to Rome 20 years ago, really enjoyed sightseeing again and beeing able to see the beautiful parts of Rome. The only thing that really shocked me at every place was the dirt and rubbish everywhere. The tourists don’t care where they leave their stuff, no one is willing to carry their rubbish until it can be disposed properly. People just through their rubbish into the beautiful flowers/nature or leave it on the floor. This is a no go and should be fined, I’m sure they would have enough money then for a proper clean up. Especially in the heat, the rubbish smells and makes the whole town look bad. I cannot believe how disrespectful tourists and the own people are to such a lovely city.

Good view from the top.
Good view from the top. Other than that, not super impressive. Also don’t shake hands with the migrants. This is one of the main places they try and slip a trinket (usually bracelets) into your hand and then badger you to pay them for it.

That is a lot of steps!
That is a lot of steps! The view is spectacular- you can see everything of the city from up there! I was not sure why the line was so slow to get in the church, it was too extremely hot to be in the sun for 45 min-1 hour, so could not get inside. Every other church I went to never had this issue... Beautiful location and a quite the accomplishment to get to the top. Enjoy.

l of people and that spoils the attraction.
l of people and that spoils the attraction. However, worth a visit to say you have been there. Take a nearby visit to the Capucian Monks church to see the 'bones of the monks', incredible but weird and unusual.

An impressive structure but we found it disappointing...
An impressive structure but we found it disappointing because it was divided into 'sections' and we were unable to grasp its full width and length. Obviously touristy and crowded with too many pushy touts around.

I found that you cannot sit on the steps during the day.
I found that you cannot sit on the steps during the day. Police will blow a whistle and ask you to move along. however, you can sit on the steps in the evening time and enjoy conversation with friends or other visitors.

Amazing location right near the Spanish Steps and around the corner from some great local restaurants. The apartment was spacious and gave us a great space to relax after walking all day. The facilities provided allowed us to be comfortable for our stay. Rooms were all large and beds were comfortable.
Location is very good.
Can walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps.
Lots of shops and nice restaurants around the place
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful
Very clean, beautiful decor and layout. Superb location near the Spanish steps and gorgeous cafes. Felt very safe and secure in this 2 bedroom apartment with fantastic amenities.
The host is super, caring, helpful.. The location of the apartment is ideal.. Near Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, bus stops, hop on hop stop, metro, Barberini station, many great restaurants, old town nearby.. Someone wrote that you can hear street noise in the apartments, but it seems to me that when you walk up to 20 km per day exploring Rome, you don't care who and where is driving outside your window 😀 😂
The apartment has a perfect location, walking distance from the major attractions - Spanish steps in less than 5 minutes, fountain di Trevi super close as well. Nice restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is super clean, spacious, quiet having all the necessary staff for a great stay in Rome. Highly recommended and if we come again we will definitely stay there. Not to forget the apartment manager who welcomed us personally, gave nice recommendations for sightseeing and dining. Thank you for the personal touch!
Very good communication to set up the stay. Helped to arrange taxis from the airport. Gave us local info to help us in our stay. Aircon was a bonus. It was a really spacious, clean apartment. Host kindly provided some essentials for our first breakfast. Great to have 3 rooms with our student children (they keep coming with us). The location was great. The Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps can all be walked to. Just a short ride on the 87 bus to the Colosseum.
We absolutely loved the location, how spacious the apartment was and that our contact was easily reached. We were able to run to all the major attractions -Trevi fountain, Spanish steps ect in the morning as well as see a few other attractions along the way. It’s close enough to Rome without being in the busy streets. The house is close to public transport and you are spoiled for choice with restaurants and grocery markets. We enjoyed our stay
The location is fabulous. You walk down into piazza Spagnia. From the terrace above the apartment, you can sit and watch the Spanish steps, the hassler hotel and the top of the Mignanelli square sculpture. The host Krista is very warm. The flat is well-stocked
Absolutely perfect location!!! 1 tiny block from the Spanish steps! The apartment was so spacious and very clean! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This apartment was absolutely beautiful. It is located right by the Spanish steps and in the heart of all things wonderful about Rome.
Davide, our host, was easy to work with and answered any and all of our questions promptly.
When leaving the apartment for the train station, I left a bag behind and immediately contacted Davide to look for it. Without hesitation, he quickly went to the apartment to look for it and notified me that it was safe with him.
Perfect location. Perfect accommodations. Perfect everything!
