Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. From the outside, it looked like a regular building — a bit unassuming, to be honest. Before booking, I saw it had excellent ratings, but seeing the building in person initially made us question our choice.
However, as soon as we stepped inside, from check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. The friendliness of the entire staff, always with a smile on their faces, was heartwarming. The reception team was exceptional in resolving an issue we encountered during our vacation. The room service was outstanding, and the breakfast was varied and of great quality.
We especially loved the small gesture of offering coffee, tea, and other refreshments to guests in the afternoon — a thoughtful bonus that made us feel at home. The little note they left us made us feel truly welcome, and the parting gift on our last day — a small package of pasta (because, of course, we were in Florence!) — left us completely speechless.
If we ever return to Florence, there’s no doubt we’ll stay at this hotel again

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment annex. The apartment was nice and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect, just 7 minutes from the train station and very central. The breakfast buffet was very good!

This is a really lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and spacious. It is very central, a short walk from the Duomo, and about a 10 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. It is situated in a lovely street with good restaurants and a small supermarket.
The lady in Reception was really helpful and made us feel very welcome.
The main bed was very comfortable although the pillows were way too thin. The sofa bed was not comfortable, even for our daughter who can normally sleep on anything!
Camplus is a great place to stay in Florence. The location is very good, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel and the tram station is very close, only 3 stops until Santa Maria Novella train station. I stayed at the hotel a few days before and I ended up coming back because I liked it very much. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff was very kind and the breakfast has varied options.
The host, Antonio, was so friendly and nice and we appreciated that. The unit was huge and could cater to families with 1-2 young children. There is a washing machine and dryer right outside the unit. It was a shared one at the corridor, and the corridor was a private one, for all the Firenze Prestige guests. Location was super excellent, it is just a 2 mins walk from the Florence Santa Maria Novella train station! There is a Burger King a few units away too!
We love how it comes with 3 bathrooms and accommodates 7 of us. The Suite itself is very spacious and clean. We stayed from 28nov to 2dec. We rented a car and there's a garage nearby to park which cost €30+. There's a nearby grocery store. Walkable distance to Firenze Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Host is responsive.
The location was amazing, 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella train station. The hotel was right in the heart of the duomo and shopping area with lots of restaurants and cafes around. Also close to the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Bed us super comfy and large.

The location was absolutely fantastic, and the apartment was very large and very, very well equipped, A real home away from home. It was a pleasure to stay in such a location right overlooking the River Arno, close to a very good supermarket, less than 15 minutes walk from the Uffizi Gallery and and less than a 30 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station. We got a terrific introduction and key-handover from the firm that own this and other apartments in Florence.
