Valentina and Alfred, the owners, could not have been nicer or more helpful. The rooms were well appointed with amazing views from the hilltop looking out over the bay. The food in the hotel restaurant was outstanding.

Location, location, location! Walking distance to everything including the train station, harbour, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is on a hill and there’s a ground level access point that eliminates the need to climb unnecessary stairs. Breakfasts have something for everyone. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Good value for money!

Good-- I like castles and have been round many. Would have been helpful to have an English audio guide or English info cards in the all the areas. The enclosed museum was interesting too.
