luxurios building, staff extremely friendly and polite, it is very close to the city center, we also received a bigger room because we were with a baby, the room was very nice and clean with a minibar and fridge, breakfast was very good and they were very polite with every guest (the manager himself serves you with coffee and anything you want from the bar), about the parking, we stayed one night and we parked in front of the hotel on the public parking lot (blue line)

There was actually a reception. And all were friendly and hospitable. Towels, shower gels and lockers were provided (not sure if they charged you to rent their padlocks as I had my own).
7mins or so walk to Romolo metro station (within the 3 zone ticket condition). And 22-25mins walk to the tourist attractions.
