Valley of the Temples
This ridge outside Agrigento is an archaeological treasure trove and one of the world’s most well-preserved collections of Ancient Greek architecture. In one area, you can wander between the stunning Temple of Concordia—built in the 5th century BC—the ancient Temple of Vulcan, and the Temple of Olympian Zeus that was sacked by the Carthaginians in 406 BC.

The location and host were amazing. It’s a small Italian apartment with a modern twist. The artwork on the walls is a nice touch. The bathroom is large and modern. Amazing location just steps from the Rialto Bridge. Very clean accommodations. Barnaba was an amazing host and meets at our drop off point coming into Venice.
We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The desk staff was extremely helpful when we asked them questions and the location was amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast and the outside patio to ear on overlooking the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge.
The location is outstanding - just turn the corner and you're a few blocks from the Rialto Bridge! The Rialto market is very close and fun to see, and there are many great restaurants within a few blocks. There are 2 bathrooms, which seemed like a luxury. The apartment was clean and had many windows to let in the light and fresh air.
My sister and I stayed here 3 nights and it was perfect. The location was great. Right between Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. The apartment was clean and spacious. The owners Betty and Camilla were great at answering any questions we had.
The proximity to Rialto Bridge and shopping was amazing. The location of the apartment is in the heart of Venice. All the nearby attractions were walkable distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable air conditioning.
The location of this apartment is fantastic! It is in perfect walking distance to sightsee or just roam around the beautiful canals of Venice. It is located next to the historical Rialto Market & around the corner from the Rialto Bridge. The shower and bathroom of this apartment was wonderful and the restaurants nearby are delicious.
Clean, cozy, spacious apartment (I stayed in 1963). Room is definitely (USA) 3-star quality. Mini fridge very useful. Very near the San Stae vaporetto stop, and a 5 minute walk to the Rialto bridge. Some things weren’t working perfectly when I arrived, but Nicola, who manages the apartment (remember that this isn’t a hotel), was friendly, and fixed them quickly.
Fantastic location on a quiet street just steps from the Rialto bridge! Past visits to Venice presented the choice between sweltering or opening the windows to mosquitos — the mini-split kept this apartment comfortable and mosquito-free.
There is nothing fancy about this hotel. It feels like a step up from a hostel, which we expected. But for the price, it met our needs for a short stay in Venice. The room was clean. Beds were firm. Hot water with good pressure. Storage space. Air conditioning! It is near the university, quiet, safe, and close to the wooden bridge with beautiful views of the canal. An easy walk to St. Mark's and the Rialto Bridge.
Lovely hotel right near water taxi stop at the Rialto bridge. So very easy to get to with luggage.
Breakfast was great and individualized. Decor was amazing.
Great central location for walking Venice.
Staff were wonderful!

Walks over the little bridges, standing on the Rialto Bridge looking across the Grand Canal
It's just so beautiful. Everywhere you turn, so romantic. Walks over the little bridges, standing on the Rialto Bridge looking across the Grand Canal. Seeing and finally sailing in a gondola, which I have always dreamed of. Just simply beautiful.
