We used the hotel for one night, before starting out two day hike into the surrounding mountains. The receptionist was welcoming, and helpful even after our later than expected arrival. (thanks so much to the tall gentleman whose name I dont remember)
Rooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast was good.

Amaizing family run hotel. Half board very satisfying with a great choice of dishes. Afternoon gluhwine and cake was a bonus. On demand shuttle service was always very sufficient- the hotel is a bit of distance from the city center. Excellent spa - big swimming pool, hot tub and saunas areas were great to relax after skiing.

Good breakfast buffet but we were not told that we could have different kinds of eggs if we asked. Only found out the last morning. Maybe a little note on the breakfast tables could resolve that?
Shuttle service works well.
Single room has all it needs but it can feel a bit cramped. Clean.
